O\nte\u015fekk\u00fcr, T\u00fcrk okullar\u0131nda okutulacak ders kitaplar\u0131na bundan sonra k\u00fcresel\ne\u011fitim piyasas\u0131n\u0131n \u015fekil verece\u011finin kabul\u00fcneydi. K\u0131saca, Ziya Sel\u00e7uk bizi\n2004\u2019de k\u00fcresel e\u011fitim piyasas\u0131na eklemekten te\u015fekk\u00fcr alan Milli E\u011fitim\nBakan\u0131m\u0131zd\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlar\u0131 bilirsek, Say\u0131n\nSel\u00e7uk\u2019un neden 2040 hedefinden s\u00f6z etti\u011fini anlayabiliriz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teketek\u2019teki\nkonu\u015fmas\u0131ndan ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcme bakal\u0131m: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;BUG\u00dcN\u00dcN \u0130LKOKUL \u00c7OCUKLARI \u0130NSAN BEYN\u0130NE YAZILIM\nY\u00dcKLEYECEK&#8221; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;2030&#8217;lar\u0131n sonunda,&nbsp;tar\u0131m sanayi bilgi toplumu\nbitecek, &nbsp;d\u00fcnyaya yeni bir toplum gelecek, insan beynine yaz\u0131l\u0131m\ny\u00fcklenecek, damarlar\u0131m\u0131zda y\u00fczlerce nano robot dola\u015facak. Bu d\u00f6nemin \u00e7ocuklar\u0131\nbug\u00fcn ilkokulda olanlar. Onun i\u00e7in bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn bu \u015fekilde paradigmal olmas\u0131\ngerekiyor. Mevcut \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimizin \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131nda asla problem\nya\u015fatmayaca\u011f\u0131z.&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn paradigmal\nolmas\u0131 neymi\u015f, internette arad\u0131m, \u015f\u00f6yle diyor: \u201cBelli bir s\u00fcre hakim&nbsp;<em>olan<\/em>&nbsp;model veya kurumsal \u00e7er\u00e7eve&nbsp;<em>olarak&#8230;\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6\u011fretmenler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan,\nanlayana dedi ki, &#8220;2040&#8217;\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmenini haz\u0131rl\u0131yoruz, damarlar\u0131na \u00e7ip\nyerle\u015ftirilmi\u015f \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n \u00f6\u011fretmeni olacaks\u0131n\u0131z, istemeyeni zorlamayaca\u011f\u0131z, onlar\u0131\n\u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmeden tasfiye edece\u011fiz.&#8221; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00fcfredat i\u00e7in ne s\u00f6yledi\u011fine dikkat ettiniz mi? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sonra da &#8220;birey i\u00e7in\nm\u00fcfredat&#8221; getirecekmi\u015f. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geldi bile, bu kadar\nse\u00e7meli dersin anlam\u0131 ba\u015fka nedir!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7ocuk say\u0131s\u0131 kadar\npar\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f m\u00fcfredat.
