<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2011 Antalya\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131n\u0131n imzac\u0131lar\u0131 listesinde \u0130stanbul \u00d6\u011fretmen Akademisi Vakf\u0131 ad\u0131yla iki\nimza sahibi g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ders ba\u015f\u0131na\nsertifika vermek \u00fczere a\u00e7\u0131lacak olan bu akademinin ad\u0131n\u0131 (\u00d6\u011fretmen Akademisi\nVakf\u0131) kanun daha ge\u00e7meden y\u0131llar \u00f6nce, 2011 Antalya \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131nda \u00d6mer Din\u00e7er\u2019in\ndavetlisi olarak g\u00f6rebiliyoruz. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.Ama\u00e7:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6\u011eRETMENL\u0130K\nMESLE\u011e\u0130NE Y\u00d6NEL\u0130K ALGIYI \u0130Y\u0130LE\u015eT\u0130RMEK VE MESLE\u011e\u0130N STAT\u00dcS\u00dcN\u00dc G\u00dc\u00c7LEND\u0130RMEK<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc amac\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131nda\nise kadrolu \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fi yok edecek olan ifade olarak s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fi\nkal\u0131c\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmak kanun h\u00fckm\u00fc haline getirilmektedir:&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cS\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fe ili\u015fkin modeli yeni ihtiya\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda s\u00fcrekli olarak geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in gereken hukuki ve idari d\u00fczenlemelerin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMeslek\nstat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda \u201c\u00d6\u011fretmenleri ayn\u0131 kurumda uzun s\u00fcre\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmamak\u201d gibi aileyi par\u00e7alamaya kadar varabilecek yeni h\u00fck\u00fcmler\ni\u00e7ermektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8230;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>De\u011ferli halk\u0131m\u0131za ve T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131nlar\u0131na\nseslenmek istiyorum. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bildi\u011fimiz\nb\u00fct\u00fcn e\u011fitim kurallar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131, \u00e7ocu\u011fu sosyal varl\u0131k kabul eden\ngeleneklerimize ve \u00f6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftirme anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131za tamamen ters, yeni bir\ne\u011fitim sisteminin b\u00fct\u00fcn ta\u015flar\u0131 d\u00f6\u015fenmi\u015f, kanun tasar\u0131s\u0131 haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f haldedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Bu Kanun Tasar\u0131s\u0131 Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 Ziya\nSel\u00e7uk\u2019un masas\u0131nda 2023 Vizyonu ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bekletilmektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya Ziya\nSel\u00e7uk\u2019a istifa et, o dosyay\u0131 da al git diyeceksiniz, ya da hi\u00e7 \u015fik\u00e2yet edip\na\u011flamayacaks\u0131n\u0131z. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu kadar\nbelgeyi \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcze koydum, oy verdi\u011finiz partilerin bu kanun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda neden\nsuskun kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da sormayacaksan\u0131z, sizi tarihe havale ediyorum.
